Over the past 30 years of professional service, I have developed numerous skills all of which have helped me with my current success as a residential real estate broker with the best company in the market; Keller Williams Realty DTC. I have joined a wonderful a vibrant group known as The Colorado Lifestyle Real Estate Group.

I have been able to maintain my youthful exuberance, energy and joy in an ever changing world filled with endless possibilities. I truly love spending my time helping people. With 20 years in the real estate industry, I have a developed a solid base of knowledge and skill and I continue to add to that knowledge every day.

Prior to my current success as a residential expert, I specialized in the representation of investors and users in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of industrial and flex/office properties. Guiding complex transactions and developing new relationships was the hallmark of my career. Additionally, real estate valuation experience has bolstered my skills in financial analysis, market analytics and overall depth of property valuation knowledge.

Early on, as an Information Systems Director of a medical billing company, my responsibilities included automation, software development, project management, operational management, facilities management, staffing, and budgetary responsibilities. This background in technology continues to pay dividends in today’s tech-driven world. Project management skills developed during this period continue to prove invaluable in helping people manage complex transactions.

Just out of college, I developed and operated a commercial kitchen equipment parts distribution company which included day to day management, business accounting, database management marketing, sales and operations management.

I graduated from of the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1988 and have obtained several professional licenses. I am extremely blessed to be a husband and father of three bright and exuberant young adults.
