John Hesse has been living in Denver with his wife Kathleen and daughter Leona since 2014. Originally from Boston, John has lived and worked in many cities in and out of the country including Boston, San Francisco, Santa Fe, and the Cayman Islands. John has more than 20 years’ experience in real estate with a broad spectrum of past roles that have included finance, development, acquisitions, negotiations, and asset management. Most recently he worked with Toll Brothers as Director and Vice President of Acquisitions in Colorado for 7 years, and separately with AutoCamp, a national glamping developer and operator, as Director of Acquisitions. John’s personal interests include hiking, mountain biking, gardening, guitar, and skiing. He founded an informal band call “Dad Band” and is always looking for other Dad’s to come out and play! John is excited to join the KW team and take his past skills into buyer and seller representation.
